GET SET UP WITH A PAYMENT PROCESSOR
Set up credit card and ACH processing accounts with transparent pricing, compatible gateways, and support from application through launch.
Your card merchant account and ACH processing account are separate from the gateway or POS equipment. Keep a compatible system or add ribbonCharge separately; no other ribbonPay service is required.

HOW CARD AND ACH PRICING WORKS
Your card-processing account uses interchange-plus pricing. Your ACH processing account has its own monthly, setup, and transaction fees. Both sets of account pricing appear once in the section below.
1
Your underlying card costs vary by card type, transaction method, data supplied, and network category.
+
2
Card-brand network fees and assessments are passed through separately.
+
3
Your card-processing markup and ACH account fees are listed together in the pricing section below.

Setup coordinated by ribbonPay
CONNECT THE ACCOUNTS THAT FIT YOUR BUSINESS
Your card merchant account, ACH processing account, payment gateway, shopping cart, and processors play different roles. ribbonPay helps coordinate a compatible setup without requiring you to replace every component.
01
Online store, ERP, invoicing system, POS, or other payment source.
02
Authorize.net, ribbonCharge, or another compatible gateway.
03
A card merchant account enables card acceptance, while a separate ACH processing account enables bank payments.
04
The processing platforms and settlement relationships behind each account.
Your card-processing account is typically placed through Electronic Payments, Inc., with compatibility that includes Fiserv and TSYS.
Your ACH processing account is typically placed through VeriCheck and remains separate from your card merchant account.
ribbonCharge is optional and separately billed. Managed Fraud Review, Chargeback Management, and POS services are also independently available.
LOWER COSTS ON QUALIFYING COMMERCIAL CARDS
You may accept business, corporate, purchasing, and government cards even if your company primarily serves consumers. When your compatible gateway supplies the required enhanced data, qualifying transactions can reach lower commercial-card interchange categories.
Identify which of your transactions may qualify for enhanced-data interchange categories.
ribbonPay helps coordinate your card merchant account and compatible gateway so supported transactions can include the required Level 2 or Level 3 fields.
Qualification depends on the card, transaction, data you supply, your account setup, and current card-network rules.
Your eligible commercial-card transactions may receive interchange rates approximately 0.65%–1.25% lower than standard commercial-card categories when you supply the required Level 2 or Level 3 data.
Actual qualification and savings vary. Your merchant account alone does not create Level 2 or Level 3 qualification; you must supply the required data through a compatible gateway or payment system.
PCI MANAGEMENT
For your merchant account
PCI Management assists with your validation process. It does not guarantee compliance, prevent a data breach, replace your own security responsibilities, or include services not listed above.
SUPPORT THAT DOES NOT DISAPPEAR AFTER APPROVAL
You do not have to decide alone whether an issue belongs to the gateway, processor, shopping cart, or account. ribbonPay can help identify the right path and remain involved in the escalation.
